This is a client-centered coaching container for those who are ready to move beyond “knowing what to do” and begin practicing change in a way that feels sustainable and aligned.
Our work together will focus on what matters most to you; habits, nourishment, stress, rest, self-trust and how to support those areas without pressure or perfectionism. The emphasis is on progress that is practical, adaptable, and rooted in your lived experience.
Coaching is available in 6-session or 12-session commitments, offered virtually, in person, or in a hybrid format, with scheduling flexibility built in.

What we'll work on together
I’ll bring 24 years of professional study and experience in the fields of fitness, yoga, nutrition therapy, applied neurology, and behavior change, along with the high-caliber coaching tools required by the NBHWC to meet you where you are and walk alongside you toward meaningful, lasting change.
You'll bring your whole self; all of your experiences, strengths, openness, drive, and, yes, even your struggles to help us tap into and unleash the potential you already know exists within you.

Meet Your Guide to Wellness
Missi Bantner is a Z-Health Certified Neuro-Rehab Specialist, NSCA -CPT Fitness Professional, NTI Nutrition Therapy Master, Yoga Practitioner and IIN Health Coach Practitioner.
She guides clients to heal their relationship with themselves by helping them heal their relationship with their brain, body, and beliefs. Her private and group coaching programs incorporate educational and experience-based tools for developing personal self-awareness and liberation from the destructive patterns that often keep us feeling stuck.
As clients deepen their understanding and capacity to achieve vibrant physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, they expand their sense of agency so they can break free from diet dogmas, fitness fads, and limiting beliefs. They experience the power of creating Whole Life Health at all stages of life.
In Exchange for the Discounted Rate
Participants will be asked to complete a brief, structured feedback log after each session. This includes rating key coaching skills (such as presence, reflective listening, communication, efficacy and rapport) and sharing written reflections.
