Back To Basics
In this workout, we return to some key foundational exercises and form cues that help to establish a strong foundation for more complex workouts. While you can customize this workout to fit your fitness level and energy, it is also a great starting point for beginners.
You'll need a mat and 2 dumbbells.
Omg, This Is So 1-Sided
This workout focuses on exercises that are 1-sided. We'll go through the whole circuit alternating right and left sides to challenge our systems, balance brain activation, and to change things up!
You'll need 2 dumbbells, a mat, and an option for hamstrings is to use a BOSU, a low chair, or something sturdy to elevate your foot, if you'd like.
Slow & Steady Still Makes You Sweaty
In this workout, we slow things down with a strength-focused workout.
Feel free to tailor all aspects to fit your energy, fitness level, and goals.
You'll need heavier dumbbells and a mat.
A Little Strength, A Little Core
We depart from the cardio moves in this workout and just focus on strength and core. Our set-up is slightly different, which offers the brain and body a new stimulus as well.
You'll need 2 dumbbells and a mat.
Coordinated Strength
Strength and coordination came together in this workout. Focus on form, and you will excel in this fun set of combo exercises.
You'll need a couple of dumbbells and a mat if you work out on a hard surface.
Building Complex Patterns
We start round 1 with simple exercises to prime the brain and body. In rounds 2 and 3, we combine those exercises to create complex patterns that ignite coordination to give you a great total body workout.
You'll need 2 dumbbells and a mat if you're on a hard surface.
Essential Reading
A good book is like a treasure trove, a wild adventure, a deep well.
The imagination, creativity, learning and illuminating that arises from pages turned is endless.
The Four-Day Win
With years studying social behavior, Beck found the key to losing weight is learning to witness and adjust our behavior patterns and the way we think about food in small, meaningful increments. Accordingly, The Four-Day Win helps you gradually change the way you behave toward food, think about yourself and engage in weight loss. Beck explains the vital preparatory stages prior to actually taking action, which makes the process easier and more harmonious. The 4-Day Win teaches you to modify your attitude toward food, leading to vital changes in how you view your capacity for change and healing in all areas of life.
The Gifts of Imperfection
Brown engages our minds, hearts, and spirits as she explores how we can cultivate the courage, compassion, and connection to live each day from a place of wholehearted empowerment. As we face a barrage of images and messages from society and the media telling us who, what, and how we should be, we are led to believe that if we could only look perfect and lead perfect lives, we'd no longer feel inadequate. Brown invites us to live with a deeper authenticity and bravery that leads to connection, healing, and freedom.
A New Earth
In A New Earth, Tolle expands on powerful ideas that show how transcending our ego-based state of consciousness is not only essential to personal happiness, but also the key to ending conflict and suffering throughout the world. Tolle describes how our attachment to the ego creates the dysfunction that leads to anger, jealousy, and unhappiness, and shows readers how to awaken to a new state of consciousness and follow the path to a truly fulfilling existence.
Breath
Breath explores how the human species has lost the ability to breathe properly over the past several hundred thousand years and is now suffering from a laundry list of maladies — snoring, sleep apnea, asthma, autoimmune disease — because of it.
Drawing on thousands of years of medical texts and recent cutting-edge studies in pulmonology, psychology, biochemistry, and human physiology, Breath turns the conventional wisdom of what we thought we knew about our most basic biological function on its head.
The Untethered Soul
This book provides loving mirrors for seeing your ''self'' from different angles. Though the journey is an inner one, it will draw upon every aspect of your life. All that is required is the willingness to honestly look at yourself in the most natural, intuitive manner.
With new insight, you will realize that you have the ability to find yourself and to free yourself from confusion, lack of empowerment, and blaming others. You will know exactly what must be done. And should you choose to devote yourself to the ongoing journey, you will develop a tremendous sense of respect for who you really are.
Buddha's Brain
If you change your brain, you can change your life.
By combining breakthroughs in neuroscience with insights from thousands of years of mindfulness practice, you can learn to use your mind to shape your brain for greater happiness, love, and wisdom.
This book presents an unprecedented intersection of psychology, neurology, and contemplative practice, and is filled with practical tools and skills that you can use every day to tap the unused potential of your brain and rewire it over time for greater well-being and peace of mind.
Introduction to Internal Family Systems
Internal Family Systems Therapy is an approach to psychotherapy that involves helping people heal by listening inside themselves to different “parts” -- feelings or thoughts – and, in the process, unburdening themselves of extreme beliefs, emotions, sensations, and urges that constrain their lives. As they unburden, people access Self, our most precious human resource, and are better able to lead their lives from a centered, confident, compassionate place.
The Body Keeps The Score
In The Body Keeps the Score, recent scientific advances show how trauma literally reshapes both body and brain, compromising sufferers’ capacities for pleasure, engagement, self-control, and trust. In exploring innovative treatments — from neuro-feedback and meditation to sports, drama, and yoga — that offer new paths to recovery by activating the brain’s neuro-plasticity, we see the tremendous power of our relationships, both to hurt and to heal. This book offers new hope for reclaiming lives.
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
This beloved classic presents a principle-centered approach to solving both personal and professional problems.
With penetrating insights and practical anecdotes, Stephen R. Covey reveals a step-by-step pathway for living with fairness, integrity, honesty, and human dignity — principles that give us the security to adapt to change and the wisdom and power to take advantage of the opportunities that change creates.

Life is freaking hard. We are all doing hard things every single day – things like loving and losing; caring for children and parents; forging and ending friendships; battling addiction, illness, and loneliness; struggling in our jobs, our marriages, and our divorces; setting boundaries; and fighting for equality, purpose, freedom, joy, and peace.
On We Can Do Hard Things, Glennon Doyle, along with her wife, Abby Wambach, and her sister, Amanda Doyle, drop the fake and talk honestly about the hard things including sex, gender, parenting, blended families, bodies, anxiety, addiction, justice, boundaries, fun, quitting, overwhelm. . . all of it.
We laugh and cry and help each other carry the hard so we can all live a little bit lighter and braver, free-er, less alone.
