Neuro Fitness focuses on the communication between brain and body to assess and create optimal function of 4 primary systems: Visual, Vestibular, Proprioceptive and Interoceptive. These systems provide the brain with information about your inner and outer environment. Your brain uses this information to interpret and decide how safe you are. This in turn results in how well you move, breathe, balance, think, recover -- or not.
Chronic pain & injury, immobility, tension, frequent falls, inability to fully recover, vision problems, sensory issues, vertigo, motion sickness, nerve pain and numbness, concussion or head trauma, respiratory difficulties, digestive disruptions, stress disorders, loss of cognitive skills, and unexplained weight gain are just some of the outcomes a highly threatened brain will produce when attempting to get you to CHANGE.
Our sessions focus on restoring your brain function, clearing your body maps, reducing threats to the system and improving your ability to perform in every area of life.
Nutrition Therapy
Nutrition Therapy is about so much more than what you eat and when. Your relationship with food reveals insight into your relationship with yourself. Food is our avenue to creating nourishment on all levels -- physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual.
Together we'll discover how your current patterns are influencing your mindset, beliefs and emotions, which have a strong influence on your quality of sleep, energy, cognition, hormonal balance, gut health and much more.
To help focus our time together, we'll follow a set of guiding principles easily navigated by the acronym RECHARGE. Each letter represents a crucial piece of our work and your development into the thriving, autonomously healthy person you desire to become.
Readiness: willingness, action, cheerful consent
Emerge: to come forth into view; out of hiding
Curiosity: the desire to learn and know; the art of wonder and possibility

Workshops
Workshops are a great way to get a taste of what Whole Life Health has to offer. Once a month from April through September, we'll gather in person to explore a range of topics from Neuro Fitness, Nutrition Therapy, Breath work & Mindfulness, Play & Movement, Pain Management & Emotional Freedom.

Accelerate your fitness at the beautiful Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO. This 8-week series will help you improve your overall fitness, including strength, agility, speed, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
The classes are fun, engaging and just the right amount of challenge. This is such a fabulous way to connect with fellow Coloradans and workout with a friend or family member. Goal Getters: a favorite among the growth mind-set community! In this course, we break down the neurology of behavior change so that you learn to work with your system, not against it. You'll never look at goal setting the same again -- because you won't just be a goal setter; you'll be a goal getter!
Nutrition Therapy: this in-depth course takes you on a journey to help you heal your relationship with yourself by healing your relationship with your body, your brain, and your beliefs. Using food, exercise, body image, self-talk, and emotional intelligence as a mirror for self-understanding, we create a fluency that allows you to heal your destructive patterns, so you can unlock your vibrant, joyful potential.
Neuro 101: take a deep dive into the fascinating world of your brain, nervous system and how you are designed to move, protect, and survive. You'll gain a deeper understanding of pain, habits, movement patterns, and how to re-educate, re-habilitate, and re-shape your brain and body to operate at a higher level of performance in all areas of life.
Breath work & Meditation: One of the more powerful tools for unlocking energy, restoring ease and lightness in the body, and relieving the mind of anxiety and depression, breath work and meditation are transformation tools for the person who is ready to move beyond their subconscious blocks, stories, and patterns.
Follow-Along Workouts: whether you are just starting out, recovering from an injury or want to take your fitness to the next level, there's something for everyone. Custom, progressive workout programs are available for purchase, as well as free workout videos on YouTube.
